Setting Animated Icons and cursors(LUO)

SET ╣▓│ Here you can set whether you want animated icons or cursors for functions in the program. You can pick any *.ani or *.cur file you may have on your computer. I recommend Copy All your files to the Anicon folder and then picking your *.ani or *.cur File from there.
